Corfu-beautiful Greek island where we were perfectly happy to see practically nothing. Due to the short time we were allowed onshore, and our propensity for sleeping in, there was not much time to do much. Add to that, no planned excursions, and it was basically a day of blissful loitering. We saw the Old Fort and that was about it. The highlight of the day for us was the lunch. We

I have no idea what this is-some kind of fried cheese and honey combo with cucumbers and olives. Sounds gross right? But it’s actually incredibly delicious!
